Adding a new user to your Software Potential account involves two steps:
- Create New User
- Assign Roles to New User
Create New User
To create a new user to your Software Potential account:
- Click on the settings icon in top navigation bar.
- Select Manage Users option.
- Click New button to display Manage User form.
- Enter a UserName and Password and click Save.
- The user is displayed in list of users and you can now be assigned one or more roles.
You must now Assign Roles to the newly created user for the user to be able to use the Software Potential.
