To avail of the SpAgent or SLP Runtime features/fixes included in this release you will need to update your current permutation and install/update the appropriate NuGet packages for SpAgent.

Fixes

• Distributor NuGet Package Fails to Install: - From NuGet 3.0, solution level, content only packages are not supported. This led to a situation where it was not possible to install the SP.Distributor NuGet package in Visual Studio projects e.g. to a Wix installer project. This issue is now fixed with release of SP v3.3.7 but you will need to update your permutation to avail of this fix.
  
  When the Distributor server package is correctly installed in a project, the required Slp.Distributor.Host folder (containing the Distributor server components) is created in the Visual Studio project. The Sp.Distributor package can also be found in the default NuGet package installation location i.e. in packages folder in the Visual Studio solution. The Slp.Distributor.Host folder is now in a Content subfolder within the NuGet package. 
  
  

• Protection Failure using Code Protector UI with legacy SLP Runtime and product version set to 1.0: - This issue is now fixed. It applied only to scenarios involving the legacy SLP (Microsoft.Licensing) runtime where vendors used the Code Protection UI to manually protect a .NET assembly AND where Product Version was set to v1.0.

• Performance Improvement in GetActivationsByFilter method in Web API: - The performance of the GetActivationsByFilter method has been improved significantly. Page size has also been increased to 100.
