New Improved User Management

Software Potential has a new improved user management interface that greatly simplifies the user registration and management processes. 

This includes:

• Single page view of all users in a Software Potential vendor account, with improved search, filtering and sorting of users.
• Single step to register and assign permissions to a new user.
• Improved user registration process with an ability to track pending/open and expired registrations. See Register User for more details on registering users.
• Simpler process to view, assign and manage user permissions, removing the need to create custom roles etc. Existing users and their assigned permissions are unaffected. See Manage User Permissions for more details on new approach to managing user permissions.
