Deleting a user in Software Potential involves deleting the user and all assigned permissions for that user. It is possible to delete a user whatever the user status i.e., if the user status is Open Invitation, Expired Invitation or Registered.
To delete a user in your Software Potential account:
- Click on the Settings icon in the top navigation bar
- Select the Manage Users option and select the user to be deleted in the list of users. Can search by user name or use the status filter.
- Click on the Trash button to delete the user. Click on OK in the confirmation dialog to confirm user deletion.
- Once the deleted, the user is no longer listed as a user.
