Update a License

You should update rather than reissue a license if you wish to do any of the following:

• Increase the Max Devices limit on the license
• Disable/enable activations of the license.

To update a license:

1. Find the license using the Search -> Licenses option in the main navigation
2. Enter the Activation Key for the license to be updated and click Search
3. Select the license in the table of results and click View Details button
4. In the license details page displayed:
   1. To disable further activations of the license use the Disable button. (You can subsequently re-enable activations of the license if required by following the same process but using the Enable button.) 
   2. To increase/decrease the Max Devices on which the license can be activated, go to License Activations panel to set the appropriate Max Devices value and then click Save.
